Located just 10 miles from Disney parks, this is a beautiful, light and spacious home situated in an ideal spot for a family holiday in Florida. In addition to the Disney Parks, we are also close to SeaWorld and Universal and just an hour from Cape Canaveral and Cocoa Beach.

Redesigned in 2010 with custom paint, carpet, tile and brand-new furnishings and décor throughout, Samosa Breeze is built for comfort and entertainment! This 5 BEDROOM, 4 BATHROOM villa sleeps 12.  It includes two master en-suite bedrooms featuring King beds (one with a garden tub), a Queen bedroom serviced by its own bathroom, and two additional bedrooms, each with two twins. The leather living room sofa acts as a full sleeper for additional sleeping flexibility. 
 
The spacious great room with its high cathedral ceilings is beautifully furnished to the highest standard, including a 60” PLASMA with a Blue Ray/DVD player and high definition cable. The home includes high speed wireless INTERNET throughout and cable-equipped 22”-32” LCD TVs and DVDs in each room for your afterhours entertainment. The two-car garage has been converted into a ocean-themed GAME ROOM complete with magnificent Olhausen pool table, Harvard foosball table, electronic dart board, 32” LCD TV/DVD and comfy lounge chairs and tables. Perhaps best of all, the home includes a screened SWIMMING POOL and fully furnished lanai area with a brand new above-ground, multi-jet HOT TUB to soak away the day’s activities while enjoying the relaxing view of orange trees and blue sky.
 
“The house is stocked with sheets, towels and plenty of pillows, and the kitchen is fully-equipped with appliances, pots and pans and service for 16 to meet all of your dining needs. There is a formal dining area  for displaying and enjoying your culinary delights where you can sit and relax over your meal as well as a breakfast nook for your morning reading and repast. For your convenience we have a laundry with washing machine, dryer, ironing board and iron.

The location is ideal: close to all main central-Florida attractions and within easy driving distance of supermarkets, restaurants, banks and championship golf courses. The property is situated within the peaceful Orange Tree community surrounded by a conservation area and orange groves and includes a 5 acre park where you will find a soccer pitch, tennis courts, basketball court and 2 children’s play areas.
